Privacy Statement
Your privacy is essential. All questions submitted to the TBF Evaluation Service are kept strictly confidential and are used solely for the purpose of generating your personalized TBF analysis. No submissions are shared, stored for external use, or used to train any system.
Messages are handled exclusively through encrypted ProtonMail communication to protect your identity and the content of your question. You may use a pseudonym if preferred; no personal identifying information is required for a valid TBF evaluation.
Refund Policy
Because each TBF evaluation requires time and personal analysis, all submissions are considered final once processing begins.
However, if your question was submitted in error, if you were charged more than once, or if the service was unable to be delivered due to a technical issue, you may request a full refund within 7 days of submission.
Your satisfaction matters. If your evaluation feels unclear or incomplete, you may request a courtesy clarification at no additional cost.
